James Hua, CEO

James Hua is the Co-Founder and CEO of Incolo, LLC.

A licensed real estate agent and accountant, James also serves as the Financial Manager of Liberty Capital as well as the Controller of Liberty Bridge. At Liberty Capital, James constructed and managed over 30 real estate transactions in 2007 alone, strongly contributing to the growth of a twelve million dollar fund. At Liberty Bridge, James helped broker well over $8 million in hard money loans during 2007. Because of his success completing dozens of real estate transactions in a variety of market conditions, James brings Incolo readers an exceptionally well rounded and seasoned perspective to almost any real estate related question they might have.

James graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting.

His hope is to continue educating and supporting individuals as they purchase real estate – whether for residence or investment.

Harold Hing, CMO

Harold is the co-founder of Incolo where he handles the marketing and operation.

Prior to Incolo he worked for Microsoft as a Technical Account Manager, providing IT consulting support and recommendations to several large enterprise customers. While at Microsoft, the start-up bug bit Harold, where he now works for an up and coming VC funded start-up as a Product Manager. Harold is a graduate of the University of Washington where he studied business with a focus in Information Systems and Marketing.

Justin Louie, CTO

Justin is employee #1.

Graduating with an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Washington, Justin initially moved out to Austin, TX to work as an Applications Engineer for National Instruments.  Being born and raised in suburbia of Seattle’s east-side, he often wondered what he was doing in the heart of Texas.  Performing a wide variety of tasks from support to marketing, he gained skills in a wide range of fields.  After lots of persuasion from James, Justin trekked back to Seattle on Sept 17th to develop the backbone of Incolo.

Davis Hsu, Advisor

Davis Hsu has invested in over 50 distressed properties in the Seattle area and is an expert in the foreclosure market and residential real estate investment. In 2006, he and his partners launched a fund platform called Liberty Capital that invested in foreclosed properties and originated hard money loans. Previously, he worked at Mellon Financial, in their private wealth management group. Davis has an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington. Davis lives in Kirkland’s Rose Hill along with his wife, Michelle, and his son, Isaac.
