Why use Incolo as your agent?

Get a pulse on the market. We take our business seriously so we stay up-to-date with the market – which neighborhoods sell, which don’t, and more importantly, why.  While we strive to answer all the questions you may have, sometimes we might not know the answer.  When that is the case we will let you know. We’d rather be “roughly right, than precisely wrong.”  Sometimes in real estate, you do your clients better just saying you don’t know.

We focus in Seattle and the Eastside neighborhoods (Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Issaquah). While we focus on the previously mentioned cities we can still serve other cities.  And in certain circumstances when the cities are beyond our scope we will gladly refer you to an agent that can better serve you.

Why use an agent?

In theory, you can do tons of research regarding prices, neighborhoods, listings, King County records and learn all you need to know.  In practice, this gets overwhelming with the plethora of information widely available on the web today.  An agent helps you organize information, focus on what actually matters, and helps you see obvious problems that may arise in the future.

Purchasing a home is a big decision with all sorts of emotions attached to the cost and commitment required.  Buyer’s sometimes get too excited (excitement is usually good), but sometimes it can get the best of you when choosing a location, price range, and in particular, when negotiating. As agents, we help make sure expectations are realistic.  After you find the neighborhood you like we provide you data, market analysis, and statistical information so you can better position yourself when negotiating.

By law an agent is required to look out for the best interest of the buyer.   We help ensure bases are covered so you don’t forget anything important with the property or paperwork.   In addition, you can tap into a wide network of relationships for contractors, mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
